Can I trust your website?

Yes, you absolutely can trust us! We have been selling event tickets to our customers since 2009. So for over 16 years our customers do not have any problems with their credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments. We do not store credit card information, so it can't be stolen from us. We encrypt your credit card and other data before we send it to a bank for processing. We make every effort to make sure your information is secure and protected. This is our top priority. Also, unlike many of our competitors normally we do not give your money to promoters before an event takes place. This way we are sure that we can give you a refund quickly in case the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Ticket purchase process explained

Select a tour that you are interested in. Then select your city by clicking "Find tickets" yellow button next to it. After that select your seats and click on "Buy tickets" yellow button on the right part of your screen. On the next page select Delivery options, so we know if you know your tickets via email or by mail, and click on "Continue" button. Fill in your name, email, phone number, etc. on the next page and click "Continue." Review your total price on the next page and click "Check out." You get to the next page, the Payment page! Enter your credit card info or login to your PayPal account and click on "Place order" button. Once you place your order, you get a Purchase Confirmation page.

What types of tickets are there? What types of delivery can I chose?

Types of tickets that you can purchase on our website and delivering them to you: 1. Electronic tickets that are issued by our website. You get those tickets right after your purchase; 2. Electronic tickets that are issued by other promoters or other websites. It could take up to two days or so for us to manually email you those tickets. 3. Printed tickets issued by us. They can be printed on a regular sheet of printing paper or a classic / old fashion small, hard tickets that have stubs that can be torn. These printed tickets can be issued by theaters, promoters or by us. Printed tickets must be mailed to you or delivered via currier shipping service. This delivery can take up to two weeks, depends on a speed of a shipping option that you chose and your mailing address. Note that some theaters do not reprint and do not reissue their tickets. So, treat your tickets like cash. While we always do all we can to replace your ticket and in 99% cases we succeed, please do not lose your tickets. Delivery can have its own fee, depending on its speed and complexity.

Why do you charge a service fee?

In the North America, in most cases, a service fee is always added to the price of the event ticket. We at Vesna Tickets make every effort to keep this service charge as low as possible. This fee covers your credit card fees, PayPal fees, possible taxes, the overhead charges involved in our operational expenses, running our ticketing software, labor, ticket stock, phone fees and more.

What is a venue fee?

A venue fee is an additional charge added to the price of a ticket that goes directly to the theatre or concert venue itself, covering the costs associated with operating the venue, including staff like ushers and security and maintaining the building. Normally we collect venue fee because a particular theatre mandated us to do so on its behalf. In other words, we have no choice but to collect these venue fees, an exact amount, and pass that money to that theatre.

Where do I find a promo code?

A promo code is usyally issued by event organizers and not by us. if such a promo code is issued, it's advertised. We post it in our Facebook group facebook.com/vesnatickets and include it in our email newsletter. (You can subscribe to it on our website.) Also, if we are given a promo code and allowed to post on our website, we do so in the event information. However, if you got to ticket selection page witout a promo code, chances are there is no promo code. Most events do not have discounted tickets and promo codes. So if you haven't seen a promo code, it's normal.

How to apply a promo code if you have one

You can do so on our Delivery page. After you select your tickets and hit "Continue" button, you get to the Delivery page. Select type of ticket delivery you want and scroll down to the bottom of the Delivery page. You will see "+ Add promo code" sign.

What will happen with my money if the event is rescheduled or cancelled?

Unlike some of our competitors, we normally do not give your money to promoters till the event takes place. So your money is safe with us! We work hard to make sure that we only work with reputable promoters and venues. If your event is scheduled or cancelled, normally you have an option of exchange your tickets for another show that we have, get house credit or get a refund. Also, we always try very hard to make sure you know in advance about your event being rescheduled or chancelled!

How long will it take to get a refund?

Oftentimes, that will depend on the banks. Refunds can often take between 3 and 10 business days.

I have a change of plans. Can I return my tickets and get a refund?

NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES. This is typical policy in our industry. Please carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, such as promoters, venues and theaters, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for stolen or damaged tickets. You agree that you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from VesnaTickets.com. Should you do so, your tickets will be cancelled, and we may refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts on which such chargebacks have been made and by all persons whose name associated in any way with such chargebacks.

I have an emergency. Can I return my tickets and get a refund?
